Have a smoothie idea that actually works in real life (and doesn’t taste like regret)? We’d love to hear it.

At Diet O’Clock, we believe the best smoothie tips come from a mix of real-world experience and smart nutrition basics. If you have a recipe, technique, ingredient combo, or prep method that helps people blend better, you can submit it for consideration.

What you can submit

We accept original contributions in the smoothie and blended nutrition space, including:

  • Smoothie recipes (high-protein, weight-management, kids-friendly, dairy-free, etc.)
  • Ingredient guides (fruit/veg pairings, fiber boosters, protein options, gut-friendly add-ins)
  • Smoothie meal prep (freezer packs, batching, storage, texture fixes)
  • Blending technique tips (how to avoid watery smoothies, seed grit, separation, bitter greens)
  • Healthy swaps (sugar reduction, allergy-friendly substitutions)
  • Seasonal smoothie ideas (summer hydration blends, winter immunity blends)

Why contribute

Submitting a tip is a simple way to:

  • Share something useful with a health-focused audience
  • Get credited as the contributor (name or brand name)
  • Help others build better habits through easy nutrition

Author tips (what performs best)

  • Write about what you’ve tested and can explain clearly.
  • Keep it practical: ingredients people can find and steps they can follow.
  • If you mention a claim (e.g., “high protein,” “high fiber”), include basic support (macros, label info, or a credible source).
  • Keep the tone helpful and non-judgmental.
